Attorney Sujata Gibson and two of the petitioners in the DiCapua lawsuit against the City talked with me outside the Staten Island Courthouse, where a hearing in the case was held today.
Had tears in my eyes listening to these two teachers and could totally relate. I taught 20 years in NYC and was forced to resign because of these vaccine mandates. I am proud to have stood my ground and know that we need to continue to fight for our freedom and this was unjust action. I have left NYC and am teaching in Tennessee, but not one day goes by that I am not affected by what they did to me and thousands of others. Keep up the fight and we will win in the end!
