"I love New York.": A conversation with a social worker, policy analyst, and native New Yorker who was removed from her job under the Department of Education's vaccine mandate, and left the city.
Your interview Diane was really interesting and also sad to hear about your (and other teachers) experiences who chose not to take the vaccine and all the difficulties you encountered- all that you went through and how your life was uprooted. It’s really sad to see the state of the system, what it’s doing and where it’s going. Listening to your interview really informed me and I admire your strength and courage and wish you all the best in your journey. The loss was to them ultimately that’s for sure and most sadly to the children who lost teachers…
Thanks, Nathalie. Not only do it appreciate you saying that, I know hundreds of other teachers who do as well.
