On April 11, 2023, retired New York City workers and some active City workers rallied at City Hall to voice their opposition to the City's plan to replace retirees' current Medicare coverage with a private Aetna Medicare Advantage plan. Some of the retirees talked with me about how the change will affect them and why they’re protesting.
