Rumors of Private Sector Mandates Dying May Be Greatly Exaggerated

Many New Yorkers who opposed the City’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private-sector workers are celebrating today. As Mayor Adams announced on September 20, the Board of Health is rescinding the executive order that required employers to affirm that all of their employees had been vaccinated.
